who are We looking for?
CWMUN is currently seeking volunteers to assist our Conference Service team at the CWMUN Conferences.
Volunteers have the opportunity to interact with participants from around the world and serve as role models for youth ages 15 through 27. Volunteers also help us make the CWMUN experience welcoming, fun, and remarkable.
A Volunteer's time will have a significant impact on the success of the Conference.
To be considered for a volunteer position, all interested volunteers must first register and apply for a position. Before registering, please identify a position you may be qualified for.
All positions will require the assigned volunteer to participate in pre-event mandatory training and/or on-site training the day prior the event.
Who can apply?
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must commit to the same position for the entire Conference
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have Model UN experience (CWMUN experience preferred)

The steps to becoming a CWMUN volunteer
Step 01
Just email us
Email us (secgen@cwmun.org) and apply for one of our conferences. Make sure to attach all the documents mentioned above and state the conference you are applying for.
Step 02
Let's discuss: an interview
As soon as you hear back from us, one of our Staff Members will schedule your interview. Please note that all our offices are located in Italy, for this reason, try to be flexible with our office hours. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Step 03
Enroll
If selected, you will be immediately put in touch with one of the Conference Organizers or your Chief of DAIS. You will be also asked to sign the CWMUN Code of Conduct.
Step 04
Let's collaborate
Starting early October, you will be officially part of the CWMUN Volunteers Team. Mandatory meetings will be scheduled until conference days.
